Shipping Information

Our products are shipped within the United States only. We charge a flat rate of 10 USD per shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your shipment. Taxes will be calculated on our website at the moment of your purchase.

If you are interested in buying our products from locations other than the United States please contact us and we will double-check whether we can ship our products to you.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us and email indigart@indigartdesigns.com or send us a message within 3 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 7 days.
The product is in its original packaging and with its tags still in place.
The product isn't used or damaged.
You have the electronic receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from INDIGART Designs.

Exchanges

We cannot promise any product exchanges due to the uniqueness of each one of our products.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
